1. What the service covers

HRSuites HRUpload and payment are done by your company on the official site — this service produces files, amounts and due-date reminders; it does not file on your company's behalf with any government agency.

2. Free period and charges

31 Dec 2026 accounts registered before then get every feature free until 31 Dec 2026After the free period it is charged atPricingcharged at the published price; whether you continue is your company's decision — there is no automatic charge.

3. Cancellation and your data

After cancelling, the account becomesRead-only: past payroll, payslips and reports stay viewable, printable and exportable. We never delete or withhold your company's data.

4. Scope of liability

Payroll is calculated against Malaysia's current statutory rates and published rules, and verified against official figures. The final filed amounts are whatever each official portal accepts, and your company should check before submitting. This service accepts no liability for penalties arising from incorrect data entry, late submission or changes to official systems.
